Folks,

A new version of the DOSETA spec has just been posted:

There are some relatively small tweaks, including moving some bits of text around.

The major change is the addition of the "cl=" parameter, to list semantic claims 
for a signature, and definition of the registry that specifies the choices for 
claims.

This addition came from the observation that one reason for different signatures 
can be for different meanings and that having a single signature that asserts 
multiple claims makes this easier and more efficient.
